Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a dynamic Marketing Booth Assistant in San Diego to engage guests at our events and smoothly hand off to Vacation Package Sales. This role supports event setups, manages displays, and collaborates with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma (college preferred), strong written and verbal communication, proficiency with MS Excel/Word, and 1–3 years in sales or marketing. Flexible scheduling is essential.

What You'll Bring:

• Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Generate andmaintainengagement of guests at marketing booth culminating in smooth handoff to Vacation Package Sales (90%)

• Maintain the display booth to promote a clean and professional appearance,assistin the setup and breakdown of events and display equipment. (5% time)
• Schedule flexibility is required. Candidates must be available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and some holidays, based on business needs.

• Performs other duties as needed (5% time)

Compensation

Pay: $19.00 per hour, with commission opportunities.

Start Date: November 6, 2026

Education

High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred)

Knowledge and Skills

Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.

Technical Skills

Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computerskillsand smart devices.

Job Experience

1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, notrequired. This position requires successful completion of a pre-employment drug test as a condition of employment.

Compensation

The hourly rate for this role is $19.00 - $19.00 plus commissions and bonuses.
