Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Brand Ambassador in Williamsburg to engage guests, share vacation club benefits, and invite them to sales presentations.

You will represent the company in a high-energy, face-to-face role, qualifying prospects and guiding them through tour reservations with commissions and hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Represent Travel + Leisure Co as a Brand Ambassador in Busch Gardens.
• Engage prospective customers and invite them to attend award-winning vacation ownership presentations.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
• Attend training sessions and stay current on marketing materials and industry trends.
• Set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually.

How You’ll Shine

In this sales-based role, you’ll represent Travel + Leisure Co as a Brand Ambassador in Busch Gardens. You will engage in face-to-face conversations with prospective customers, share the benefits of the vacation club experience, and invite and incentivize guests to attend award-winning vacation ownership presentations.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure Co.
• Engage, excite, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
• Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings.
• Keep current on marketing information and materials, as well as industry trends.
• Set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred

This position requires successful completion of a pre-employment drug test as a condition of employment.

During the initial training period, the hourly wage is $15.00/HR plus commission. After training, compensation includes an hourly rate at applicable minimum wage, plus commission.

Compensation

The hourly rate for this role is $15.00 - $15.00 plus commissions and bonuses.
