Marriott Vacations Worldwide in Orlando is seeking a Coordinator Marketing Linkage to engage hotel guests, schedule sales presentations, and deliver outstanding service that supports revenue goals. You will interact with guests in person or by phone, aim to exceed presentation targets, and help assess eligibility while promoting our products and services in a dynamic Orlando environment.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with hotel guests at desk locations and providing elevated customer service.
• Scheduling sales presentations and managing customer expectations.
• Provide s the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensure s that all guests who attend a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
• Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.

As a Coordinator Marketing Linkage , a typical day will include:

• Engag ing with hotel guests at desk locations and providing elevated customer service.
• Schedul ing sales presentations and managing customer expectations.

To Become a Coordinator Marketing Linkage :

• Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
• Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
• Concierge a nd/or sales experience preferred.
• Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time .
