Job summary

Grand Hyatt San Antonio is seeking a Coordinator Marketing In House to drive sales presentations, deliver exceptional guest service, and coordinate experiences that enhance vacation memories. You will work in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment and collaborate with a team to meet revenue and service goals.

The role requires weekend availability, strong customer service skills, and a willingness to engage with guests in person or by phone across a variety of banners within the Hyatt portfolio.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests in person or by phone.
• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.
• Position may require background and drug screening per state/local requirements.
• Must be able to reach overhead, bend, twist, pull and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations.
• Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensures attendees meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning about products and services.
• Uses persuasive techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.

As a Coordinator Marketing In House, you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together.

Pay: $16.50/hr + commission/bonuses + up to $450/week additional training pay* for the first 10 weeks only

Schedule: Full-time/5 days per week, must be open to work on weekends

* Additional terms and conditions apply to the Sign-on Bonus

As a Coordinator Marketing In House, a typical day will include:

• Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations.
• Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensures that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
• Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.

Guest Experience and Company Standards:

• Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

To Become a Coordinator Marketing In House:

• Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.

• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
