Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Coordinator Marketing In House in Scottsdale to assist in providing Owners/guests with memorable vacation experiences and events. You will help ensure guest satisfaction, manage expectations, and contribute to sales goals in a welcoming, supportive environment.

The role requires motivation, customer service flair, and the ability to work varied shifts including holidays and weekends.

Competenze

• Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience.
• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Concierge or sales experience preferred.
• Position may require background and drug screening per state/local requirements.

Mansioni

• Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations.
• Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensure all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
• Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
• Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs; interact professionally with colleagues and guests.

As a Coordinator Marketing In House, a typical day will include:

• Schedule s sales presentations and manage s customer expectations.
• Provide s the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensure s that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
• Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty .

• Welcome and greet guests ; anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

To Become a Coordinator Marketing In House:

• Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Concierge, and/or sales experience preferred.
• Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time .
