The Durst Organization is hiring Vacation Replacement Cleaners to provide temporary coverage at One World Trade Center from March 1 to November 1, 2026. This role offers the possibility of long-term retention based on business needs and performance evaluation.

Vacation Replacement Cleaners will provide vacation coverage at One World Trade Center from approximately March 1 to November 1, 2026. This position has a limited term of five months, with the opportunity for long‑term retention based on business needs and performance evaluation.
Salary $24.036 per hour. Overtime $36.054 per hour. Wages are subject to tax withholdings and other applicable deductions.

Pantry Maintenance:
Includes cleaning all vertical and horizontal surfaces. Clean microwave and refrigerator, if directed. Thoroughly sweep and damp mop floor.
Clean Lavatories:
Includes emptying all waste receptacles and replacing with a new clear plastic liner; thoroughly clean all fixtures (i.e., toilet bowls, urinal, sinks, partitions, mirrors) with an approved disinfectant; replenish all soap and paper dispensers; and thoroughly wash all floors with an approved disinfectant.
Floor Care:
Machine scrub floors making sure the corners are thoroughly cleaned. Thoroughly rinse scrubbed floor areas and apply floor finish. Thoroughly sweep, damp mop and spray buff hard floor surfaces. Note: Special care must be taken not to splash solution on walls, doors, and furniture.
Rubbish Collection:
Operate freight elevator, remove all rubbish from designated freight elevator lobbies. Ensure that all floors (freight lobbies) are thoroughly swept and mopped.
Rubbish Disposal:
Ensure all collected rubbish is disposed of in the proper containers (i.e., wet or dry trash).
