Job summary

Avari Management is seeking a professional housekeeper to clean and maintain vacation rental properties across our portfolio. You will sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, launder linens, restock amenities, and ensure pristine, welcoming homes for guests.

You may move furniture to reach under surfaces and assist with hot tub maintenance, with on-site training provided. This role requires regular travel between worksites in Oregon, a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends and

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry preferred but not required
• On-site training provided for hot tub maintenance and other tasks
• Comfortable using mobile apps and digital systems

Responsibilities

• Professionally clean and maintain a portfolio of vacation rental properties.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and wash all surfaces.
• Move furniture to clean under and behind.
• Assist with laundry and linen as needed.
• Identify and note damages or needed repairs to homes.
• Collect and remove trash and debris.
• Replenish consumables like soaps and paper products.
