Avari Management in Manzanita, OR is seeking a dependable Housekeeper to maintain clean, welcoming spaces in vacation rental properties. This full-time, piece-rate role supports guest comfort and homeowner value by delivering meticulous cleaning, laundry, and restocking.

The Housekeeper will perform duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, changing linens, and reporting maintenance issues, with daytime hours and flexible weekend expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous housekeeping/janitorial experience is highly desirable.
• Physical tasks such as lifting, bending and standing for long periods are required.
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safe usage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms, hallways, bathrooms, kitchens and designated areas to established standards.
• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum floors and polish furniture to maintain appearance.
• Change bed linens, launder towels and replenish supplies.
• Dispose of trash and recycling promptly and sanitaryly.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards or inventory shortages to supervisor.
