Avari Management is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to professionally clean and maintain a portfolio of vacation rental properties. You will perform deep cleaning, laundry, restocking amenities, and basic maintenance tasks to ensure pristine, guest-ready homes.

Applicants should be detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable traveling between worksites. Training is provided on-site, with some shifts requiring flexibility for early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation rental or similar industry preferred but not required.
• Prior housekeeping experience is a bonus but training is provided.
• Tech-savvy with experience using digital systems and applications; comfortable using mobile apps and tablets.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain a portfolio of vacation rental properties following company standards.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and clean all surfaces; move furniture as needed.
• Assist with laundry and linen; restock amenities.

Thehousekeeper will professionally clean and maintain a portfolio of vacation rental properties, performing thorough cleaning including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and moving furniture to ensure every surface sparkles. The position involves creating welcoming environments by handling laundry, restocking amenities, maintaining hot tubs (training provided), and identifying any maintenance needs or damages. Core Responsibilities

• Professionally clean and maintain a portfolio of vacation rental properties using cleaning procedures and products in conformance with prescribed company standards.
• Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and washing all surfaces.
• Move all reasonably portable furniture in rooms to clean under and behind.
• Assist with laundry and linen as needed.
• Identify and note any damages or needed repairs to homes.
• Collect and remove trash and debris.
• Attend all mandatory individual and team meetings.
• Replenish consumable items such as soaps and paper products.
• Maintain hot tubs as needed; no experience necessary - we offer on-site training.

Skills + Qualifications

• Experience working in a hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry is preferred but not required

Workplace Environment + Physical Requirements

• Work may take place indoors or outdoors, in a variety of settings including private homes, resorts, offices, and laundry facilities — often in varying weather conditions.
• We’re in hospitality and our schedules can change based on guest and homeowner needs. Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. We require flexibility to support this.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Regular travel within the locally assigned market and / or region market-dependent.
• Ability to move freely (balancing, climbing, crawling, driving, squatting, standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, and repetitive hand/finger motions) and lift up to a maximum of fifty (50) pounds without assistance.
