The role partners with Operations, condominium boards, and owners, provides leadership to accounting staff, travels to meetings, and ensures accurate financial reporting and strong controls across properties on Anna Maria Island

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible accounting experience.
• Vacation rental accounting experience preferred.
• Condominium association accounting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of month-end close and financial reporting processes.
• Experience with trust accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacation rental property owner distribution statements and payments.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable activities including condo associations and intercompany billing.
• Oversee Accounts Payable activities and month-end close.
• Prepare and distribute monthly financial reporting packages.
• Maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations with supporting documentation.
• Coordinate sales/occupancy tax filings and ensure compliance.
• Monitor bank balances and maintain internal controls.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the portfolio.
• Engage with owners, associations, and leadership with financial information.
• Travel to association meetings and properties as needed.
