HP Hood is seeking a self-driven team member to proficiently operate multiple plant and warehouse positions to cover vacations and vacancies. Schedule varies weekly and rotates during training to learn needed functions of the roles.

Exact compensation depends on skills and location. The position emphasizes safety, SOP adherence, GMP/SQF compliance, and the ability to stay until the work is completed or relieved.

Qualifications

• The ability to learn and perform all positions of the facility in a timely manner.
• Follow SOPs to prevent adulteration, loss, or damage to product or equipment.
• Willingness to work odd hours and adjust on short notice.
• Maintain documentation per SQF requirements.
• Follow GMP/SQF safety procedures and wear PPE at all times.

Job Summary:

This job includes the proficient operation of plant and warehouse positions to cover vacations and vacancies.

Schedule:

Vary on a weekly basis; based off of the planned vacations throughout the Vernon Plant.

During training schedules will rotate to all shifts to learn needed functions of the positions.

Job Essentials:

• The ability to learn and perform all positions of the facility in a timely manner.
• This should happen without adulteration, loss, or damage to product or equipment by following SOP for each position.
• This position requires odd hours and short notice of change in hours according to operational needs.
• Maintain all documented information as per SQF requirements.
• Keep all work areas neat and clean at all times, to confor to GMP and SQF requirements.
• Understand and follow all safety procedures, always wear proper PPE, and never put yourself or other employees in harm's way.
• Must stay until job is completed or relieved. Must perform any other assignments by a supervisor or foreman. This description is not all inclusive and is subject to change.

• The pay range for this position is $28.28 - $28.28 USD
