Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform general maintenance tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
• Basic safety awareness and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Perform service requests and repairs as directed (Painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Perform maintenance work for make-ready units as directed.
• Repair and replace general fixtures (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry).
• Clean and maintain outdoor landscaping; trash removal.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies.
• Follow all safety programs.
