Qualifications

• Comfortable making outbound and inbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Communicate via telephone calls to sell preview package sales/tours and answer questions.
• Verify eligibility for preview package sales/tours before scheduling a tour.
• Encourage guests to purchase or schedule preview packages and tours.
• Explain details and requirements for attending a sales presentation to potential owners.
• Check availability of accommodations and dates and offer alternatives when needed.
• Interact professionally with guests and colleagues and maintain confidentiality.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.
