Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Vacation Package Sales, Encore team member to engage guests and present travel clubs and trial ownership options, delivering elevated service to help guests create memorable vacation memories.

You will work flexible weekends and holidays, with uncapped earning potential through wages, incentives, and bonuses, plus benefits such as medical/dental/vision, 401(k) and travel discounts.

As a Vacation Package Sales, Encore, a typical day will include

• Engage with guests and potential Owners while providing elevated customer service.
• Offer specially priced trial membership packages.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of trial ownership and special offers.
• Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.

• Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

To Become a Vacation Package Sales, Encore

• Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
• A Real Estate License may be required at some locations depending on state laws.
• Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
