Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a sales-focused professional to achieve defined targets and lead a sales team at our Daytona Beach site. You will assist in hiring and developing staff, ensure high customer satisfaction, and deliver ethical sales practices daily.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of Wyndham sales experience, be available weekends/holidays, and hold Florida real estate license or be able to obtain one. High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of Wyndham sales experience is required.
• Experience in managing sales teams is preferred.
• Presidents Club recipient preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve defined sales targets by closing transactions daily.
• Assist in personnel selection and development; maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Deliver training, evaluations, and monitor performance of direct reports.
