Job summary

Hyatt Vacation Club at Pinon Pointe is seeking a Coordinator Marketing OPC to assist in creating memorable vacation experiences and events. You will schedule sales presentations, manage guest interactions, and help guests explore vacation packages at events and off-site locations such as malls and airports.

Successful candidates will have sales or customer service experience, enjoy guest interaction, and be available for various shifts including weekends and holidays. Background checks may apply.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to engage guests in person or by phone.
• Willingness to work various shifts, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Schedule sales presentations or offer specially priced vacation packages to guests at events and off-site locations.
• Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensure guests meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning about products and services.
• Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals and follow company policies and safety procedures.
