Hyatt Vacation Ownership in Sedona, AZ is seeking a Coordinator Marketing OPC to assist in delivering memorable vacation experiences. You will schedule presentations and share specially priced packages with guests at events, malls, and airports.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.

Responsabilités

• Schedule sales presentations or offer specially priced vacation packages to guests at events and off-site locations such as shopping malls and airports.
• Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensure that all guests who attend a sales presentation or purchase a vacation package meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
• Guest Experience and Company Standards: Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly; Contribute to team goals; follow company policies and safety procedures.
