Job summary

Hyatt Vacation Ownership is seeking a Coordinator Marketing OPC to support event-based sales and guest experiences. You will schedule and present vacation packages at events and off-site locations, and ensure guests receive a welcoming, high-quality experience aligned with company standards.

Successful candidates will have sales or customer service experience, enjoy interacting with guests in person or by phone, and be available to work varied shifts including holidays and weekends; background

Typical day will include:

• Schedule sales presentations or offer specially priced vacation packages to guests attending an event and at off-site locations such as shopping malls and airports
• Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals
• Ensure that all guests who attend a sales presentation or purchase a vacation package meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services
• Guest Experience and Company Standards: Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs. Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. Contribute to team goals. Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

To Become a Coordinator Marketing OPC:

• Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Telemarketing, and/or sales experience preferred.
• Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
