You will schedule sales presentations, manage expectations, and strive to exceed budgeted goals while ensuring attendees meet eligibility and understand Hyatt products and services. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required.

Qualificações

• Must have sales or customer service experience, and enjoy interacting with guests in person or by phone.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with hotel guests at desk locations and provide elevated customer service.

• Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
