Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience with guest interaction.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Background check and drug screening may be required per state/local requirements.
• Able to reach overhead and below the knees, stand/sit for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with hotel guests at desk locations and providing elevated customer service.
• Scheduling sales presentations and managing customer expectations.
• Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensure that all guests who attend a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
• Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
