We are hiring PRN CNA, HHA, and PCA Caregivers to work 1:1 Veterans Affairs cases caring for clients in their homes in the Orange Park, FL area. We have a variety of hours available and offer benefits (for those who qualify), flexible schedules, increased pay rates, and weekly pay.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Home and Community Based Services Aide provides support, assistance with personal hygiene, and household functions to help individuals remain in their homes.

• Reports observations of the client's condition to the Agency Director or accounts manager. Notifies immediately of incidents or accidents.
• Drives safely, complies with traffic regulations, and wears a seat belt when traveling for work.
• May assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, hair care, oral care, nail care, skin care, and transfers.
• Assists with household tasks essential to the client’s personal care.

Education And Experience

• Six months experience in home care preferred.
• Successful completion of a competency evaluation.

License Requirements

• Current CPR certification required.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation.

Skill Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Ability to work independently in diverse home situations.
• Good communication, organizational, and writing skills.
