Job summary

Kaleidoscope Supply Services LLC is staffing a VA contract parking operations role in Long Beach, CA. You will manage the facility parking booth or valet reception, greet veterans and visitors, and coordinate vehicle drop-offs with attention to safety and accuracy.

This federal contract-based position offers hourly pay between $17.00 and $22.00, with either full-time or part-time schedules depending on project and VA requirements.

Qualifications

• Active California Class C Driver’s License.
• Clean MVR with no major active violations.
• Experience in parking operations or front-desk roles preferred.
• Ability to stand for long hours outdoors.
• Strong verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, guests, and personnel; issue tickets and directions.
• Document vehicle details and intake times on tracking slips.
• Manage secure valet key tracking; tag and organize keys.
• Monitor entry/exit points to maintain safety and traffic flow.
• Coordinate with drivers/shuttles to retrieve vehicles promptly.
• Keep the booth clean and stocked with necessary docs and slips.
