Qualifications

• Active California Class C Driver’s License (Class B commercial license is a plus).
• Clean MVR with no major recent violations.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of supervisory or team‑lead experience within parking management, valet operations, hospitality, or fleet logistics.
• Strong leadership capabilities, active conflict resolution skills, and intermediate proficiency with computer databases or tracking software.
• High attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and ability to maintain staff accountability in a compliance‑driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and coordinate daily schedules and task assignments for valet runners, booth attendants, shuttle drivers, and dispatchers.
• Monitor transit paths, valet staging zones, and parking lots to manage traffic flow and safety.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for escalating passenger inquiries, bottlenecks, incidents, or facility concerns.
• Audit logs, key tracking systems, incident reports, and safety checklists daily for compliance.
• Train staff on safety regulations, facility protocols, emergency guidelines, and professional conduct.
• Conduct on‑site evaluations of equipment and facilities and report safety hazards.
