Qualifications

Must be NMLS licensed (or willing to obtain license).
Proven experience in direct sales and pipeline management, including use of key performance metrics.
Strong communication skills; ability to educate and build trust with borrowers and teammates.

Efficient time and pipeline management using tools and metrics.

Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to ensure a smooth, high-quality loan experience.
