Job summary

SJS Executives, LLC (SJS), also doing business as SJS Industrial, is seeking a Healthcare Construction Planner to support ongoing operations at a VA medical facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum five years of healthcare planning experience.
• AutoCAD and/or Revit experience required.
• US Citizenship and valid Real ID required.
• Drug test and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Assist VA staff with the Project Management Plan, Construction Management Plan, and Risk Management Plan.
• Develop space planning documents, layouts, equipment lists and project cost estimates.
• Use AutoCAD and Revit to develop project programming documents.
• Coordinate planning with clinical staff, facilities, engineering and government stakeholders.
