SJS Executives, LLC (SJS), also doing business as SJS Industrial, is seeking a Drafter to support construction operations at a local healthcare facility in Omaha, NE. The role requires a two-year drafting degree and substantial experience with design/construction drawings.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT is required, along with strong communication skills and knowledge of ADA construction principles. Full background checks are required for access to a military installation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a college drafting curriculum two (2) year degree minimum.
• At least five (5) years of drafting for design and construction projects.
• Ability to communicate Orally and in writing.
• Knowledge of engineering and architectural concepts for medical facilities, etc.

Responsabilités

• Combine existing site and building As-Builts with new project As-Builts to maintain 1 complete record drawing set.
• Prepare civil-structural plan and detail drawings for above grade support structures and below grade foundation details.
• Work with in-house Drafter to validate and correct existing As-Builts
• Perform drawing and field verifications.
• Implement structural design information from Engineers.
• Ensure projects adhere to the established schedule.
• Read, understand and apply standard to complex documents affecting construction project.
