Job summary

APSI Construction Management, Inc. is seeking a CM-Construction Administrator (CM-CA) to support the North Texas Veterans Healthcare System projects in Dallas, Bonham and Garland.

The role spans from pre-design through construction, supporting Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build efforts and enhancing VA contract management oversight. The CM-CA will assist in project management, scheduling, design reviews, and cost control, while maintaining records, change orders, and payment processing for

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years construction related experience.
• Working knowledge of construction practices and site operations.
• Ability to monitor quality assurance and assist in change management and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction management support from pre-design through construction.
• Assist Contracting Officers and Representatives in project management, scheduling, design reviews, and cost control.
• Maintain thorough project records, prepare cost estimates, change orders, and submittals.
• Attend and document progress meetings and coordinate with general contractors and VA stakeholders.
