Remolity, Inc. is seeking VA-accredited Veterans Service Officers to help evaluate and improve AI systems on veterans benefits topics. You’ll use your claims experience to check that questions sound like real veterans and families, and that answers are correct and useful.

Accuracy comes first. No AI experience is needed; your domain knowledge is what matters. This role requires 20–30 hours per week, is US-based, and involves reviewing questions, writing rubrics, and assessing AI responses.

Qualifications

• Current VA accreditation (VSO representative, County Veterans Service Officer, accredited claims agent, or similar).
• 1+ years preparing and filing VA claims for veterans or their families.
• Working knowledge of disability compensation, dependents and survivor benefits, and appeals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with military records such as the DD-214
• Experience creating guides, checklists, or training materials
• Experience helping a diverse range of veterans and families, including rural and non-English-speaking clients
