Job summary

Revecore is seeking a VA Claims Specialist to investigate health insurance claims and assist in resolving billing issues for Veterans' Affairs and affiliates. The role includes comprehensive training over 8–10 days and a work-from-home setup with required on-camera presence.

Candidates should have experience in a professional office, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity metrics.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Investigate health insurance claims and bills to ensure claims resolution.
• Follow up on unresolved claims and facilitate payment of claims for Veterans' Affairs and its affiliates.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external entities.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to productivity metrics.

Pay: $15/hr + Incentive Plan

The VA Claims Specialist will investigate health insurance claims and bills to ensure claims resolution. Follows-up on unresolved claims and facilitates payment of claims for Veterans' Affairs and its affiliates.

Training

Our comprehensive training begins on your first day and lasts 8-10 business days. It is led by instructors and incorporates interactive discussions and hands-on activities to accommodate diverse learning preferences. Success starts with training. That's why we ask all new team members to be fully present each day, participate actively, and remain on camera.

• Revecore will provide you with your equipment - your workspace area must accommodate all workstation equipment (laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, docking station, and headset)
