Job summary

Revecore is seeking a remote VA Claims Specialist to investigate health insurance claims and bills to ensure timely resolution for Veterans' Affairs and affiliates. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and multitasking in a fast-paced office setting.

We provide comprehensive training for 8–10 business days, led by instructors with hands-on activities. Successful candidates will work from a dedicated home setup, with equipment provided and ongoing support from the team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Pay: $15/hr + Incentive Plan

The VA Claims Specialist will investigate health insurance claims and bills to ensure claims resolution. Follows-up on unresolved claims and facilitates payment of claims for Veterans' Affairs and its affiliates.

Training

Our comprehensive training begins on your first day and lasts 8-10 business days. It is led by instructors and incorporates interactive discussions and hands-on activities to accommodate diverse learning preferences. Success starts with training. That's why we ask all new team members to be fully present each day, participate actively, and remain on camera.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Possess technical proficiency to work on multiple computer screens and software applications simultaneously
• Can maintain strong performance in a fast-paced environment with productivity metrics
• Remain organized while multi-tasking
