Job summary

Revecore is seeking a Customer Operations professional for Workers' Compensation Claims. You will perform high-volume outbound calls to investigate, bill, and maximize payments on medical claims for hospitals and providers.

Training lasts 8–10 business days with hands-on activities and on-camera participation. You will submit bills to payers, review payer responses, and support client success through project tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and written skills; able to work in fast-paced setting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multi-task across several screens and apps simultaneously.
• Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to investigate, bill, and maximize payments on medical claims.
• Submit bills and documentation to payers to maximize client payments.
• Review payer information to determine next steps for denied or troubled claims.
• Participate in special projects to help achieve client success.
