Concord Hospitality Enterprises is hiring a Hotel Breakfast Cook in Raleigh, NC. This role focuses on preparing breakfast items with attention to presentation, quality, and safe serving temperatures, following brand recipe cards across our North American portfolio.

You will maintain proper documentation, adhere to SOP rotations, and participate in a structured safety culture while supporting smooth kitchen operations and guest satisfaction.

• Report to work in full clean uniform on time and ready to serve
• Cook orders with adherence to guest requests/special needs in a positive manner
• Be proactive with ordering and pars, food preparations and equipment upkeep to eliminate service obstacles
