Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is hiring a hotel cook in League City, TX. This part-time, hourly role pays $15.50 per hour and includes a comprehensive benefits package such as medical/dental/vision, life insurance, disability options, a 401K plan, tuition assistance, and discounted hotel rates.

The cook will prepare food to brand standards, document container rotations, follow SOPs, and ensure guest requests are met with great service while maintaining safety and presentation quality.

• Prepare food of consistent quality following brand recipe cards
• Proper Documentation on all food containers with adherence to rotations per SOP
• Practice safety standards at all times
• Report to work in full clean uniform on time and ready to serve
• Cook orders with adherence to guest requests/special needs in a positive manner
• Be proactive with ordering and pars, food preparations and equipment upkeep to eliminate service obstacles
