Job summary

Job Duck, LLC is seeking a dedicated Intake Specialist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through the intake process, and ensuring professionalism and accuracy.

This role supports Spanish-speaking contacts and helps transition matters to the legal team. Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST, with monthly compensation ranging from 1142 USD to 1220 USD.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of intake experience.
• Experience in customer service roles.
• Legal background is appreciated.
• Office Hours: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM EST.
• Spanish and English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming calls and web submissions.
• Request and follow up on client reviews; alert marketing of new feedback.
• Provide translation support for Spanish-speaking contacts.
• Transition new matters to the legal team after intake.
• Guide clients through intake, including drafting representation agreements and verifying payments.
• Support the firm administrator and legal team with intake tasks.
• Communicate effectively with clients, prospects, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and case management systems.

You will guide individuals through the intake process, support Spanish-speaking contacts, and help transition new matters seamlessly to the legal team. Requirements:
