Travel approximately 90% is required; candidate should be able to lift 75 pounds, work in harsh environments, and follow safety procedures. This is a field-based, hands-on position with immediate start and opportunities for growth.

• Help prepare and maintain startup documentation, including test records and punch lists.
• Perform material handling, equipment setup, and general labor tasks to support startup crews.
• Follow instructions from startup engineers and electricians to ensure safe and efficient work.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all site safety protocols.

The position assists in the startup and commissioning of mechanical systems on large‑scale EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) power plant projects.
