• Carry out feasibility studies and contribute to production process improvements.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and technical documentation related to internal process standards.
• Support process activities during both design and production phases.
• Contribute to monitoring of quality, safety, and performance indicators.

Role Overview

As a Process Engineer (VIE) based in Hampshire, USA, you will be involved in key industrial investment projects aimed at improving production performance, safety, and operational excellence.

You will contribute to strategic CAPEX projects (approximately USD 1 million) and work closely with multidisciplinary teams, equipment suppliers, and engineering partners to deliver robust, compliant, and efficient process solutions.

About the Hampshire Plant

Built in 2015 in Illinois, the Hampshire plant (formerly Nutriad) is a key production site in North America.
The site manufactures a wide range of specialty products and vitamins, serving strategic markets across the region.

Equipped with an on‑site laboratory, the Hampshire plant also contributes to research and development activities, supporting the development and industrialization of new products.

All operations are conducted in strict compliance with global safety, quality, and regulatory standards, ensuring a high level of operational excellence.

Key Missions

You will participate in industrial projects focused on the optimization and modernization of production processes, including:

• Powder–liquid blending systems

• Automated packaging lines

• Power unloading stations

• Liquid dosing systems

Your role will ensure:

• Process safety and regulatory compliance

• High product quality

• Operational efficiency and reliability

• Continuous improvement through technology and best practices
