Adisseo in Hampshire, USA seeks a Process Engineer (VIE) to contribute to strategic CAPEX projects, optimizing production processes and ensuring safety and compliance across multidisciplinary teams.

You will participate in design and production phases, support process standardization, and help drive continuous improvement with cutting-edge technologies. This role offers exposure to global markets, collaboration with suppliers, and a path to technical leadership within a growing industrial group.

Mansioni

• Participate in process-related activities carried out by external engineering companies and internal project teams.
• Contribute to the development, review, and updating of process specifications, standards, and operating procedures.
• Support process standardization efforts, contributing to the definition of optimal work sequences and documentation of best practices.
• Perform detailed process reviews to identify technical and operational improvement opportunities.
• Carry out feasibility studies and contribute to production process improvements.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and technical documentation related to internal process standards.
• Support process activities during both design and production phases.
• Contribute to monitoring of quality, safety, and performance indicators.
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and provide technical support within industrial projects.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and provide technical input to engineering decisions.
