Bell Textron Inc. in Virginia is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Technician, V-22, to support CMV-22 Osprey operations on-site at NAS Norfolk. You will diagnose issues, install components, inspect damage, and perform repairs to keep deployments mission-ready.

This role requires 3+ years of V-22 maintenance experience, travelflexibility, and the ability to obtain a DoD secret clearance. Emphasis on safety, teamwork, and compliance with technical publications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of V-22 aircraft maintenance experience required.
• Must obtain and maintain a DoD secret security clearance.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally with little notice.
• Ability to work with precision measuring tools and perform repairs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues with aircraft systems and perform maintenance tasks.
• Install aeronautical components and evaluate damage.
• Maintain logistics and conduct functional testing and repairs.
• Provide weekly status reports and ensure safety compliance.
• Coordinate with Detachment Leads and Aviation Maintenance Officers.
