Job summary

Boeing Global Services is seeking an Experienced V-22 Aircraft Maintenance and Modification Technician to support V-22 Maintenance & Modifications at MCAS New River, Jacksonville, NC. Role requires knowledge of V-22 maintenance, modification, and repair across electrical, avionics or airframes, with readiness to travel and potentially relocate to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities include disassembly/assembly, component replacement, diagnostic testing, and thorough documentation of repairs

Qualifications

• Experience with V‑22 maintenance/modification.
• Ability to travel 30% or more domestically and internationally.
• Willing to relocate to meet customer needs and assignments.
• Willing to deploy to various locations per contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, disassemble and repair aerospace components per specs.
• Replace components to support serviceability and testing.
• Perform diagnostic tests to isolate faults in aerospace systems.
• Document repair, testing and modifications per procedures for compliance.
• Coordinate overhaul/assembly to ensure accuracy and thoroughness.
• Maintain tools and work area to prevent FOD; ensure safety.
