Job summary

Boeing Aerospace Operations is seeking an Experienced V-22 Aircraft Maintenance and Modification Technician to support V-22 Maintenance & Modifications at MCAS New River, Jacksonville, NC. The role requires strong knowledge of V-22 maintenance, modification, and repair, with readiness to travel domestically and internationally.

You will perform diagnosis, repair, and testing of aerospace systems, document results, and coordinate with engineering and customers to ensure compliance and mission

Qualifications

• Experience with V-22 Maintenance/Modification.
• Ability to travel 30%.
• Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• Willing and able to relocate to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, disassemble and fix aerospace components per specifications.
• Remove/replace components for repair or testing to support serviceability.
• Perform routine and complex functional/diagnostic tests on aerospace/missile systems.
• Document repair, test results and modifications with detailed records.
• Coordinate modifications and overhauls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Identify discrepancies and advise engineering or customers as needed.
• Inspect components for cleanliness and serviceability before installation.
