Job summary

EcoFamilies seeks a Regional Business Head to lead expansion across Central Asia. You will report to the UK Board of Directors / COO and hold full strategic, commercial, and operational accountability for your territories.

You will build local monetization models, recruit and align country teams, ensure cultural and regulatory localization, and deliver growth through partnerships, data-driven decision-making, and ESG impact reporting.

Qualifications

• PhD MBA/ACCA or equivalent executive mgmt certs.
• 15+ years of success in digital platform scaling, remote B2B pipelines, or multi-country operations.
• Exceptional analytical data skills and financial modeling.
• Fluent written and spoken English; regional linguistic competency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic commercial growth: develop monetization models, secure regional partnerships, and drive market expansion.
• Lead cross-functional regional teams (Country Representatives, Content Creators) for synchronized growth campaigns.
• Localization: adapt the core platform to regional languages/cultures and optimize value propositions.
• P&L ownership: manage regional budgets, forecasts, vendor contracts, and report ROI to the UK Board.
