Job summary

ZelTech seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Program Analyst to support program management, analysis, and coordination tasks for Unmanned Systems (UxS) R&D initiatives. You will help track progress, analyze cost data, and ensure deliverables meet reporting requirements.

The role requires US citizenship and an active SECRET clearance, with a BA or higher in a technical or business field and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• BA, business, or technical field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis.
• Must be a US citizen and able to obtain/maintain SECRET clearance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Successful background and drug screening check.

Responsibilities

• Provide program analysis and operational support for UxS projects, including scheduling, cost tracking, resource planning, and risk management activities.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze programmatic and technical data to support progress reporting and decision-making by technical and program leadership.
• Prepare and maintain program documentation, including status reports, briefing materials, meeting minutes, and deliverables lists.
• Support the development and coordination of Technical Instructions (TIs), configuration management processes, and integrated master schedules.
• Assist with the development of financial and cost analyses including budget tracking, expenditure forecasting, and labor hour utilization reporting.
• Participate in planning meetings, technical reviews, and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), providing administrative and analytical support.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure programmatic alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget.
