ZelTech is seeking a highly organized Program Analyst to support UxS research and development initiatives. Responsibilities include tracking progress, analyzing cost data, and ensuring deliverables are met.

The role requires a US citizenship and an active SECRET clearance, with at least 3 years in engineering/science management or cost analysis, and strong communication skills. Office-based work in Bethesda, MD with potential for growth and dynamic IPT collaboration.

Qualifications

• US citizenship and an active SECRET clearance.
• BA, business, or technical field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication; background and drug screening conducted.

Responsibilities

• Provide program analysis and operational support for UxS projects, including scheduling, cost tracking, resource planning, and risk management.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze programmatic and technical data to support progress reporting and decision-making by technical and program leadership.
• Prepare and maintain program documentation, including status reports, briefing materials, meeting minutes, and deliverables lists.
• Support the development and coordination of Technical Instructions (TIs), configuration management processes, and integrated master schedules.
• Assist with the development of financial and cost analyses including budget tracking, expenditure forecasting, and labor hour utilization reporting.
• Participate in planning meetings, technical reviews, and IPTs, providing administrative and analytical support.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure programmatic alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget.
