Job summary

ZelTech is seeking a highly organized Program Analyst to support unmanned systems (UxS) research and development initiatives. You will contribute to tracking progress, analyzing cost and performance data, and ensuring program deliverables and reporting requirements are met.

Responsibilities include scheduling, cost tracking, resource planning, and risk management for UxS projects; collecting and analyzing programmatic data to support leadership decisions; preparing status reports and briefing

Qualifications

• Requires BA or technical degree.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide program analysis and operational support for UxS projects, including scheduling, cost tracking, resource planning, and risk management activities.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze programmatic and technical data to support progress reporting and decision-making by leadership.
• Prepare and maintain program documentation, including status reports, briefing materials, meeting minutes, and deliverables lists.
• Support development and coordination of Technical Instructions, configuration management processes, and master schedules.
• Assist with development of financial and cost analyses including budget tracking and labor hour utilization reporting.
• Participate in planning meetings, technical reviews, and IPTs, providing administrative and analytical support.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure programmatic alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
