Job summary

ZelTech is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to provide programmatic, financial, and strategic planning support for Unmanned Systems initiatives. The role will manage technical instruction execution, support decision-making, and ensure alignment with cost, schedule, and performance goals across multiple projects in autonomous maritime and aerial systems for the Government Customer.

Qualifications

Must be a US citizen.
Must have an active SECRET clearance.
BA or Advanced degree in a business or technical field.
10 or more years’ experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis.
Demonstrated experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in program analysis, defense acquisition, or systems engineering support.
Demonstrated experience in program documentation control.
Successful background and drug screening check.

Responsibilities

Support all aspects of program planning, tracking, and execution for UxS development and sustainment efforts.
Analyze and interpret technical and business data to support the development of acquisition strategies, performance metrics, and risk mitigation plans.
Provide lifecycle program support, including resource planning, milestone tracking, budget development, and cost analysis.
Facilitate program reviews, working groups, and technical meetings by preparing agendas, read-ahead materials, and post-meeting documentation.
Collaborate with technical leads and project managers to ensure seamless coordination between engineering tasks and program requirements.
Assist in test planning and logistics support, including the development of test objectives and data collection plans.
Track and document test execution and results; support the preparation of test reports and post-event analysis.
