The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio of web and mobile work, plus hands-on experience with user research, usability testing, and communicating ideas to stakeholders.

Qualifications

3+ years of UX/UI design experience.
Expert proficiency in Figma and design prototyping tools.
Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile design work.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Understanding of design systems and component-based design.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma.
Conduct user research and usability testing.
Build and maintain design systems and component libraries.
Collaborate with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
Create responsive designs for web and mobile applications.
