Qualifications

  • 5+ years of UX/UI or Product Design experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing complex workflow simplification.
  • Advanced proficiency with Figma and interactive prototyping.
  • Experience designing responsive web applications.
  • Experience creating mobile-first user experiences.
  • Knowledge of design systems and reusable component libraries.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and WCAG principles.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Experience working on enterprise, SaaS, logistics, field operations, or workflow-oriented software.

Responsibilities

  • Lead UX and UI design initiatives across web and mobile platforms.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Build interactive prototypes for user testing and stakeholder feedback.
  • Develop scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
  • Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout development.
  • Analyze user behavior and operational feedback to improve workflows.
  • Participate in discovery sessions, sprint planning, and release reviews.
  • Advocate for user-centered design while balancing business objectives.
