Qualifications

  • Bachelors in HCI/Graphic Design/CS/Interaction Design or related field with 1–2 years of UX/UI web experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. DoD security clearance.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard UI/UX tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure RP).
  • Strong knowledge of responsive design, typography, color theory, and design systems.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with end users, product managers, developers, and QA to understand needs and objectives.
  • Plan and conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing.
  • Create personas, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Develop and maintain a unified design system and component library.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and work with engineers to ensure design integrity.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and feedback from stakeholders.
