Job summary

Educational Testing Service, Inc. seeks an Associate R&D UX/UI Specialist to support accessible digital learning and assessment experiences across devices and platforms.

You will translate user, client, and technical requirements into intuitive interfaces, collaborate with researchers, designers, developers, product and project teams, and contribute to design patterns, wireframes, and prototyping while upholding accessibility and usability standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in technology, design, or related field.
• 2+ years designing or researching technology-based user experiences.
• Experience with accessibility and inclusive-design practices.

Responsibilities

• Translate user, client, and technical requirements into design artifacts.
• Collaborate with researchers, developers, and assessment teams.
• Create annotated wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.
