K2United, LLC. is seeking a thoughtful UX Designer to turn real user needs into clear, usable digital experiences across CareerSafe products. You’ll partner with product managers, developers, UX writers, and QE to ensure a cohesive design process from discovery through implementation.

You’ll create flows, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma, apply design systems, and advocate for accessibility and usability. Join a mission-driven team balancing growth and work/life balance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ownership across the UX process from problem definition to implementation.
• Strong working knowledge of Figma, components, and design systems.
• Experience creating clear wireframes, mockups, flows, and design specifications for developers.
• Experience using user research, usability testing, or user feedback to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design UX direction by connecting user needs with product goals, scope, and usability.
• Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, prototypes, and detailed specs in Figma.
• Use reusable components and design systems for consistency.
• Identify when research or usability testing is needed and translate findings into recommendations.
• Partner with product managers, developers, UX writers, and QE to address questions and feasibility.
• Stay engaged through implementation and preserve approved UX intent.
• Identify inconsistencies in UX patterns and documentation and propose corrections.
